The sorting hat's song dealt with attributes that members of a particular house generally have. In order to practice using character adjectives, I suggest talking about yourself, your own characteristics on the introduction forum. All other questions can be posted on the questions thread. Feel free to ask questions about the words you're learning - you can ask when to use them, when not to use them, etc. Reading the Harry Potter books and asking questions about the parts you don't understand is a good way to learn more English.
